• What are the shipping times?

Once completed, the order will be processed in 2-5 business days (production days). Delivery usually takes 5-9 business days, depending on the destination and the type of delivery. You can always check the status of your shipment from your order.
Al Qasr Ceramiche ships mainly with Italian couriers.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

• Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order that has been shipped. However, it will be possible to return the package if intact and unopened within 10 days.
Please enter your name, order number and reason for return.

• How can I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and verified, "order completed" will appear on your account. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.
On the site you will find "track your order" enter the order number and email, to check the status of the order, or enter the tracking number.
